FIELD: geological exploration.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to geological exploration, namely, to exploration drilling at sea. Method of placing a drilling vessel with a turret on an anchor-mooring system in ice conditions is proposed, in which anchors are installed on the seabed by anchor transporting ships in symmetrical points with respect to the drilling ship. Before lowering the anchors to the seabed on the ship that carries anchors an anchor connection is attached to an anchor in the form of a cable, to the other end of which a buoy is attached with the help of a cable guide with the subsequent lowering of the ship that carries anchors of an anchor connection (in the form of a cable) with the anchor attached to it and the buoy through the through shaft in its body. Ship of high ice class of not lower than Arc 7 is used as an anchor hauler. Then, with the help of a remotely controlled underwater vehicle lowered from the drilling ship, the anchor connection buoy is seized and together with it the anchor connection is moved under the ice to the drilling ship and then lifted onto the deck of its turret, where, having disconnected the buoy from the anchor connection, it is winded onto the drum of the pull winch of the turret. Similarly, the same operation is performed on the symmetric installation on the seabed of other pairs of anchors, after which simultaneous symmetrical tightening of paired anchor connections are performed with anchors using traction winches of the turret, followed by fixing the anchor connections on the belt stoppers of the turret.

EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the safety of operations, increasing the efficiency of setting the drilling ship with a turret on an anchor-mooring system in ice conditions.
