FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: method relates to the gas turbine engines parts with thin-walled elements restoration technology, and can be used in the turbo-machine engineering. Method comprises the running-in traces preliminary removal from the part thin-walled element end face. Thin-walled element side surfaces are cleaned to a height V equal to the thin-walled element weld surface C 1-2 widths, installing and fixing it in the device. Welding is carried out in the medium of protective gas by the laser beam in a pulsed mode with the metal powder supply to the welding zone coaxially with the laser beam and the welding zone local protection. Welding width D ratio to the welded surface C width is 1.0–1.2, and the laser beam spot diameter E ratio to the welded surface C width is 0.5–0.7. Thin-walled element boundaries are welded using the 1-2 additional laser pulses. Then, performing the part thin-walled element machining, heat treatment under vacuum and liquid penetrant testing. In addition, as the additive material metal powder from the heat-resistant nickel-based alloy is used, and consuming the protective gas in amount of 6–7 l/min.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increase in the parts restored elements life cycle with the welded metal high quality, and in the subsequent machining labor intensity reduction.
