FIELD: aircraft engine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in aircraft engine building during repair of monowheels. Damaged blade is removed leaving its part in the form of a projection from the monowheel disc. Collar made of the same metal as the metal of the monowheel is fitted on the projection before the start of the radius transition and tacked by welding. Layers are formed on the collar around the projection by laser surfacing. After mechanical treatment of built-up layers, replaceable blade is welded by linear friction welding. Collar hole corresponds to blade projection contour, collar thickness is more than depth of penetration at formation of deposited metal layers on it, and width along perimeter exceeds width of deposited layers. Height of projection left part at blade removal is selected from condition of its exit from collar to length equal to sum of value of allowance for machining of deposited layers before welding and value of projection upsetting at linear friction welding.
EFFECT: method provides the possibility of replacing the damaged blade in the limited space between the blades of the monowheel.
