FIELD: engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for repairing the combs of labyrinth seals of gas turbine engine disks made of granular alloys. Part of the comb of the labyrinth seal of the disk is mechanically removed to the height of the defect; the comb surface is cleaned, the disk is set and secured vertically and surfaced with a filler material onto the prepared surface of the comb of the labyrinth seal in a protective gas environment by consecutively laying layers until the size of the comb of the labyrinth seal are fully restored in height. The surfacing is performed by laser pulse emission with laser emission power set from the condition that the set power density should not exceed the critical power density of laser emission allowing intergranular slippage, and should exceed the threshold power density of laser emission at the surfacing site allowing melting of the filler material and the substrate surface, providing a metallurgical joint thereof. The base material of the granulated alloy of the disk is a nickel heat-resistant granulated alloy. The invention provides a possibility of excluding preheating of the repaired part from the repair technology.
EFFECT: provided high wear resistance of the disks with a hardness level above the hardness of the main material of the disk of the gas turbine unit and prolonged operating life of the disk of the gas turbine unit.
