FIELD: fiber optics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fiber optics and can be used in the design of gyroscopic meters of the angular velocity vector based on fiber-optic gyroscopes. Gyroscopic meter of the angular velocity vector based on fiber-optic gyroscopes use three fiber-optic gyroscopes that measure the projections of the angular velocity vector. Fiber-optic gyroscopes in each channel use digital information processing from a photodetector, which allows to obtain linear gyroscopic meters of the angular velocity vector output characteristic and high stability of its scale factor. Improving of overall mass characteristics of the gyroscopic meter of the angular velocity vector is achieved by reducing the number of optical components in the gyroscopic meters of the angular velocity vector optical circuit, as well as by using only one channel of electronic digital information processing. Channel for processing information from the photodetector uses frequency separation of signals carrying information about the projections of the angular velocity vector.
EFFECT: improvement of overall mass characteristics of a gyroscopic meter of the angular velocity vector.
