FIELD: fiber optics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fiber optics, in particular to photodetector current stabilization devices and can be used in designing fiber-optic gyroscopes and other physical quantity sensors based on single-mode fiber waveguides. An electronic feedback processing unit of the fiber-optic gyroscope is completed with an additional feedback loop, with a pass band of at least 4 kHz, which includes differential amplifier, current-to-voltage converter, output of which is connected to first input of differential amplifier, a source of stabilized reference voltage, the output of which is connected to the second input of the differential amplifier, and a regulator, the input of which is connected to the output of the differential amplifier, and the output is connected to the power supply unit of the optical radiation source.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of accuracy of fiber-optic gyroscope under action of external destabilizing factors due to stabilization of constant component of optical signal on photodetector.
