FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a measuring technique and can be used for continuous measurement and recording of the relative position of rail threads in a vertical plane. Invention consists in that the device for determining and registering the mutual position of the rail threads in the vertical plane further comprises two displacement sensors, the stators of which are pivotally connected to the right and left axle boxes of the measuring wheel pair, respectively, and the rotors of the displacement sensors are pivotally connected to the sprung body, while the displacement sensors are electrically connected to the first and second inputs of the differential amplifier-converter, the third input of which is connected to the output of the system angle sensor installed on the outer axis of the suspension axis, at the same time the excess of rail threads is calculated by the formula Δh= lw x 1/ Kda(Kasαtch - Kdsldsαtcmwp), where Δh – is the excess of one rail thread over the other; Kas — is the steepness of the system angle sensor; Kds – is the steepness of displacement sensors; Kda – is scale factor of the differential amplifier; lds – is a base of installation of displacement sensors; lw – is a base of measuring wheel pair; αtch – is the angle of deviation of the base plane of the train car relative to the plane of the horizon G-G; αtcmwp – is the angle of deviation of the base plane of the train car relative to the axis of the measuring wheel pair, and the output of the differential amplifier-converter through the first analog-code converter is connected to the first data input of the controller, and the output of the second analog-code converter is connected to the second data input of the controller, to the input of which the output of the object linear velocity sensor is connected, which consists of a tacho-generator, whose input is the input of the object linear velocity sensor and is kinematically connected to the wheel pair using a cable, and the output is electrically connected to a scale amplifier, the output of which is the output of the object linear velocity sensor.

EFFECT: simplifying the design, reducing the size of the device, improving the accuracy of measurements.
