SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fixing belts devices. Fixing strap device containing an actuating lever capable of engaging with the locking lug. In one example embodiment, the belt-securing device comprises a frame, a locking lug, connected to the frame to be rotated, and the actuating lever connected to the frame and containing the first actuating element, is arranged to move to the locking protrusion from the neutral position to the working position.
EFFECT: first executive wedge-shaped element is adapted to move in the first plane, causing movement of the locking protrusion in the second plane, perpendicular to the first plane.
