FIELD: beverage making.
SUBSTANCE: device for beverage making from an ingredient has: a seat for extraction, an input mechanism for direction of water to the seat, and an issue mechanism for direction of beverage from the seat. The issue mechanism has a surface limiting a downstream located part of the seat, wherein the surface is formed with a guiding structure for a beverage, having a guide for a beverage for direction of the total beverage flow from the seat through a general guiding input, through a wall, from a general guiding output. The guiding structure is connected to a beverage control device made with the possibility of adjustment of a beverage flow. The control device has: a locking section passing near the guiding structure for a beverage to lock at least part of the general guiding input and/or output; and one or more adjusting sides made with the possibility of limitation of the locking section of a channel, which passes the total beverage flow. The locking section and adjusting side(s) are made with the possibility of being controlled via the guiding structure for a beverage to change a relative position, and/or a relative size, and/or a shape of a locked section and a non-locked section of the general guiding input and/or output.
