SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for manufacturing a balloon from a suitable blank. Technical result is achieved by a method of manufacturing a balloon from a suitable blank, in which the blank is introduced into an outer mould, comprising the following steps. At the first step, the blank is heated and exposed to pressure so that it expands to the inner wall of the outer mould. At the second step, the pressure is reduced after expansion of the blank, as a result of which the blank relaxes again. At the third step, the three-dimensional expansion of the mould is changed. At the fourth step, the blank is again subjected to pressure in such a way that it again expands to the inner wall of the modified volume of the outer mould.
EFFECT: obtaining a uniform thickness of all walls of the balloon.
