SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a blowing and drawing method for producing a plastic vessel from workpiece (11). Vessel has an elongated tubular body (21) extending along central axis (12) of workpiece (11) with first end (23) and, in fact, opposite to the first end by second end (25). First end (23) is closed by bottom of workpiece, and to second end (25) is adjoined neck (31) with opening for dispensing (35) and with walls (19) of workpiece (11) restricting walls (13) with inner side (17) and outer side (15). Housing (21) of workpiece is heated to at least 70 °C and introduced into cavity of blow mold. Mandrel, which contains the body and the tip, is inserted into workpiece (11) until the tip of the mandrel reaches bottom (23) of the workpiece. Then housing (21) and bottom (23) of workpiece are pulled by mandrel deep into cavity and at that housing (21) and bottom (23) of workpiece are deformed in compliance with cavity shape by input of fluid medium under pressure into workpiece (11). At that, mandrel when it is moved into workpiece (11) to bottom (23) of workpiece touches inner side (17) of walls (13) at least on one specified section in area of housing (21) of workpiece.
EFFECT: technical result achieved when using the method according to the invention is to provide a plastic vessel of low capacity with a hardened drawing, increasing its impermeability for CO2.
