Vapor provision electronic system control unit contains a battery for electrical energy supply to a heater, used to generate vapor, and controller configured to collect information during the process of use by the vapor provision electronic system user, at that, this information relates to (1) the power consumption from the battery in connection with the heater operation for the vapor generation and (2) the battery charging; maintaining the electricity consumption model from the said rechargeable battery by the vapor provision electronic system and the rechargeable battery recharging moments of time, at that, the said model is generated and / or updated on the basis of the said collected information; prediction based on this model, with the estimated battery power consumption by the vapor provision electronic system, whether the battery will be discharged to the charge threshold level until the battery next recharge estimated moment, and if this condition is met, then in response to the said prediction, the user is notified and / or the action is taken to mitigate negative consequences.
