Essence of the invention consists in that, with aerosol provision system, comprises an aerosol providing electronic device for selective provision of an aerosol to the user of an aerosol providing device; a computing device configured to interact with the aerosol provisioning electronic device for exchanging operational data associated with the operation of the aerosol providing device; and a biometric sensor configured to measure a biometric parameter of the user of the aerosol providing device and interact with a computing device for communicating sensor data which indicate a measured biometric parameter value; and wherein the computing device is configured to control an aspect of its operation, which relates to an aerosol-providing electronic device, in accordance with sensor data, received from a biometric sensor, in which the biometric sensor is selected from a group consisting of: a heart rate sensor for measuring the heart rate of the user, a blood pressure sensor for measuring a user's blood pressure, a respiratory rate sensor for measuring a respiratory rate of a user, and a user activity sensor for measuring a certain aspect of user activity.
EFFECT: technical result is expansion of functional capabilities of informing user on various conditions or conditions in aerosol provision system.
