FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the gases microflow dispensing devices. High-pressure gases microflow sources diffusion unit is made in the form of placed inside gas-tight body (1) plugged capillary (2), which cavity is filled with gas-permeable filler (3). Diffusion unit is equipped with a sealing unit including sealing cone (7) inserted into cone (6), which is made combined with plugged capillary (2). Sealing unit is fixed on gas-tight body (1) by means of clamping element (10), on which inner or outer surface a thread is made. On sealing cone (7) outer surface annular notches (8) are made, and along the axial axis the small diameter outlet opening (9) is made for the metered gases. Diffusion unit is equipped with the metering gases output unit (11), which is made in the form of nipple with pointed output (12) and recessed into sealing cone (7) central groove.
EFFECT: enabling the dosed diluent gas point supply, elimination of the diluent gas interaction with the micro-flow source gas-permeable wall.
