Method of treatment of traumatic shock of III severity degree using colloidal and crystalloid solutions, that includes in the program of infusion therapy heated to 38.5 °C of a crystalloid solution of sterofundin isotonic in a volume of 1,200 ml per day and a colloidal solution of 4 % modified gelatin in a volume of 3,500 ml per day.

EFFECT: invention allows pathogenetically substantiated infusion therapy for timely and adequate correction of hypovolemia, hypothermia, electrolyte and acid-base disorders in order to reduce the severity of organ dysfunctions and reduce mortality.
