SUBSTANCE: invention relates to anaesthesiology and resuscitation, surgery, and can be used to determine the volume of internal blood loss in patients with traumatic shock of I and II severity. Using the method of multispiral computed tomography (MSCT) of the whole body of patients with traumatic shock of I and II severity on the basis of X-ray density of quantitative Hounsfield scale internal blood loss is identified. Its vertical, horizontal and sagittal dimensions are measured to establish the amount of lost blood, which is reduced by 30% of the obtained result to determine the volume of internal blood loss.

EFFECT: method provides fast non-invasive determination of blood loss volume due to use of MSCT.
