FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas industry, namely, to the liquid carbon dioxide into the oil producing well injection devices. Mobile system includes the liquid carbon dioxide receiving and storing device. It contains the temperature-controlled tank, feedback loop, evaporator, auxiliary pump and the high-pressure pump. Device comprises pressure in the temperature-controlled tank automatic monitoring and control system, pressure and temperature in the liquid carbon dioxide discharge line automatic monitoring and control system. There are automatic valves with electric actuators for the liquid carbon dioxide flow in the feedback loop and in the high pressure line control, as well as the liquid carbon dioxide heating device. Latter is located in the wellbore and provides the working agent at the bottomhole temperature automatic control and maintenance of not less than the carbon dioxide critical temperature Tcr=31.1 °C. To ensure the carbon dioxide supercritical state in the wellbore and further in the formation for the high-viscosity oil extraction, the liquid carbon dioxide injection is carried out at a temperature of at least Tcr=31.1 °C and pressure of not less than Pcr=7.38 MPa. At that, the mobile system additionally comprises the liquid mixture rims into the production well independent injection line: the “Delta ASPGO” composition and the dimethyl carbonate. They are injected before and after the liquid carbon dioxide injection. These rims are pumped from the TsA-320 type independent mobile unit, equipped with the components mixer using the centrifugal pump and the high-pressure pump of up to 20 MPa.
EFFECT: reduction in energy costs, elimination of the gas hydrates formation risk, intensification of the hard-to-recover high-viscosity oil reserves production.
