FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a mobile complex for pumping carbon dioxide into a well of a hydrocarbon deposit. The mobile complex includes a station for receiving and storing liquid carbon dioxide, consisting of a thermostatically controlled automobile tank equipped with devices for draining liquid carbon dioxide. The complex also includes a pumping station. Also includes high pressure plunger pumps and a heat exchanger to heat high pressure liquid carbon dioxide to temperatures of 20-90°C and the injection line of heated carbon dioxide into the well on which the control valve is installed. The mobile complex additionally includes an operator station connected to the mobile complex by a power supply line. Also includes a boiler that runs on diesel fuel supplied through a piping line from the fuel tank. Also includes a heating fluid coupled to a heat exchanger for heating the high pressure liquid carbon dioxide. An outlet for part of the liquid carbon dioxide and an electric gasifier are installed on the suction line of plunger pumps. In an electric gasifier, part of the liquid carbon dioxide is evaporated and sent back as a gas to the tank of the liquid carbon dioxide receiving and storage station. The station for receiving and storing liquid carbon dioxide is connected through the discharge line to the inlet of the plunger pumps. The outlet line is connected to nitrogen cylinders. Plunger pumps are connected to a heat exchanger via a discharge line. The heat exchanger is connected to the control valve through the discharge line. The suction axis of plunger pumps is located at least 1 m below the minimum level of liquid carbon dioxide in a temperature-controlled vehicle tank.
EFFECT: improved components of the mobile complex to reduce energy costs and reliability and stability of the mobile complex.
