The specified signal transmission circuit forms a circuit closed through the ground, which includes a submersible telemetry unit connected through the zero point of the three-phase winding of the linear electric motor and the zero point of the specified set of inductive elements with a ground telemetry unit and a control device. Also, the set of transmitted data includes at least the parameters of temperature and / or pressure of the well fluid, and / or the parameters of the force on the plunger of the submersible pump, and / or the parameters of the linear electric motor. Moreover, the data transmission channel contains at least one communication line with a data transmission frequency close to the power frequency of the linear submersible motor.
