SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for producing deforming tool (2), which has structured surface (4) of embossing, which is intended for plastic deformation of substrate (1) by bringing it into contact with it. Method includes determining the target structure to be fabricated on substrate (1), geometrical distortion of the target structure to obtain the embossing display structure, inverting the embossing display structure to obtain the embossing structure for embossing surface (4), creating embossing surface (4) of deforming tool (2) in accordance with the embossing structure.

EFFECT: technical result consists in the possibility of achieving a high degree of deformation with improved quality of print.
