FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to method of aluminium foil manufacturing and to aluminium foil with integrated protection elements, and can be applied for medical production package for counterfeit protection. Method of manufacturing of aluminium foil with integrated protection elements includes cold rolling of aluminium foil with tensile strength over 100 N/mm2 in several runs to a thickness under 150 mkm to obtain embossed structure in the rolling direction at both sides of aluminium foil surface, followed by the last cold rolling run in a pair of rolls where at least one roll surface features reduced prominent surface depth in direction of rolling by 10 to 50 % of average prominent structure depth depending on the contrast and pattern, forming protection element pattern at the side facing the roll surface, and cold rolling is performed under conditions of Stribeck curve of mixed friction. Invention is aimed for direct application of protective elements during manufacturing of primary package.

EFFECT: aluminuim foil obtained by this method features both lustrous surface, and matte protective element is distinguished clearly.
