FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems and methods of controlling flatness of a metal substrate using rolling at a low pressure in a finishing line. System comprises a working line of a finishing line, a plurality of actuators, a device for measurement of a flatbed and a controller. Working stand comprises a pair of vertically aligned work rolls. First working roll of a pair of working rolls comprises a plurality of control zones configured to apply localized pressure to the corresponding region on the substrate. Each actuator corresponds to one of plurality of tableting control zones. Apparatus for measuring flatness is configured to measure the actual plate profile of the substrate. Controller is configured to adjust a plurality of actuators such that it is possible to vary said actual localized pressures of the actual plane profile to achieve the required flatness profile at the output of the mill.

EFFECT: thickness of substrate is reduced by value from 0.0 % to 1 %, and length of substrate increases by value from 0.0 % to 1 %, when substrate comes out of working stand.
