FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely, dermatology and clinical laboratory diagnostics. Invention is a method of evaluating the effectiveness of standard therapy among patients with numular microbial eczema, including the detection in the blood of immunological parameters, this method is characterized by the fact that the study is conducted on the 10th day of therapy, phagocytic number and redox activity of neutrophils in the test of spontaneous reduction of blue-tetrazolium are determined as immunological indicators in capillary blood from the inflammatory focus and at their values of 5.0 and 5.0 % and lower, respectively, the effectiveness of treatment is assessed as low, and at 6.0 and 6.0 % and higher, as high.
EFFECT: use of the invention improves the accuracy of the evaluation of the effectiveness of standard therapy, simplifies the study.
