FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dermatology and clinical laboratory diagnostics. Invention is a method for evaluating the effectiveness of a standard therapy in the patients with nummular microbial eczema, involving quantitative determination of the immunological value in the blood serum, characterized by the fact that the examination is carried out on 15th day of therapy, as an immunological parameter tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-alpha) and with concentration value TNF-alpha 80 pg/ml and higher clinical effectiveness is considered to be low, and at 45 pg/ml and lower – as high.
EFFECT: use of the invention improves the accuracy of the evaluation of the effectiveness of standard therapy, simplifies the study.
