FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the consumable electrode that is in contact with electrolyte, comprising the first pipe, into which electrolyte flows; the second pipe, which is made of insulating material and provides for the flow of electrolyte; the unit of a cylindrical consumable electrode, placed between the first tube and the second tube so as to allow the flow of electrolyte, and including the consumable electrode that is in contact with the electrolyte; the first pipe connection made with the possibility of liquid-tight connection of the first pipe to the consumable electrode unit in a detachable manner; and the second pipe connection adapted to the liquid-tight connection of the second pipe to the consumable electrode unit in a detachable manner. Invention also relates to two options of the electrolytic device.
EFFECT: proposed solution makes allows to easily replace the consumable electrode and monitor its condition.
