SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of transport machine building. Device from the luggage rails mounted on the vehicle roof on two supports by means of locking mechanism structure contains crossbeams made of the tubular rectangular section aluminum profile and locking mechanism. Crossbeams are installed on the universal crossbeams for the standard roof rails. Locking mechanism is made in the form of bolt with a head for the universal crossbeam longitudinal groove and countersunk nut for the socket wrench, which is attached to the luggage rails structure. Pipe shaped crossbeams ends can be telescopic.
EFFECT: enabling expansion of the functionality for the long length articles transportation.
