FIELD: wireless communication equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication. First device generates first data to be transmitted to an access point. It is determined that the size of the first data is greater than the size of the first transmission opportunity (TX_OP). At least a first data fragment and a second data fragment are formed based on the first data, wherein the size of the first data fragment is selected based on the size of the first TX_OP. During the first TX_OP, the first data packet is transmitted from the first device to the access point, wherein the first data packet includes a first data fragment, wherein the first data packet is transmitted in response to a frame received from said access point, and wherein said frame includes timing information corresponding to the size of the first TX_OP.

EFFECT: reduced latency and higher wireless network efficiency.
