SUBSTANCE: invention is proposed with the purpose of providing data exchange with simultaneous transmission and retransmission in networks with multiple access points (AP). To do this, the AP includes a receiver that, during operation, receives from another AP a joint transmission (JT) trigger frame that indicates MAC protocol data units (MPDUs) to be simultaneously transmitted to the communication device; and a local storage device that stores one or more MPDUs previously transmitted to the communication device.
