FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to products containing a substrate and a stretchable conductive film. Stretchable conductive film includes a plurality of annealed nanoparticles of conducting metal, in particular silver, disposed on the substrate. Conductive film is produced by dispersing a plurality of nanoparticles of conducting metal, in particular silver, with organoamine in an organic solvent comprising hexadecane, producing an ink composition with nanoparticles of conductive metal and applying a layer of the ink composition with nanoparticles to the surface of a stretchable substrate, dissolving at least a portion of the substrate and annealing the layer. Wherein the stretchable substrate is a polyester modified polyurethane.
EFFECT: providing a stretchable conductive film having a first conductivity associated with an as-annealed shape of the conductive film, and a second conductivity upon being stretched in at least one direction beyond the as-annealed shape, wherein, the second conductivity is more than the first conductivity; where, the silver film has excellent adhesion on the substrate – no or little damage after rubbing test.
