SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the provision of wireless communication messages to users of wireless communication devices, such as notifications related to multimedia content elements. Identify the notification generated for the user that relates to the multimedia content item, and determine whether the user has interacted with the media content item. Then, it is determined whether the user has interacted with the notification by selecting a reference to the multimedia content item contained in the notification, and a user binding estimate is calculated with respect to the notification that the user has interacted with the multimedia content item, but has not interacted with the notification related to that media item. Thus, a condition is established that is related to the provision of a subsequent notification to the user, based on the assessment of the user's binding.

EFFECT: technical result is to improve the accuracy of identifying those notifications that will be claimed and/or expected by the user depending on his interests.
