SUBSTANCE: invention relates to analytical chemistry and is intended to determine quality indicators of objects. Device comprises a body in which a frequency meter is located to estimate the measurement of oscillation frequency of the piezoresonator before and after the load, connected to two microcircuits for exciting oscillations of two piezoresonators horizontally installed in the moving panel, indicator board placed on the upper panel of the body for outputting a change in oscillation frequency of the resonator before and after the load through the hole for applying a liquid sample to each piezoresonator, handle for moving the piezoresonators until its clicking position in two positions: "load / weigh" and "drying / cooling", Peltier element for drying the sample by heating and then cooling one and the other piezoresonator alternately.
EFFECT: increased rapidity of determination of the dry residue, non-volatile compounds in drinking, waste, natural waters, fuels, foodstuffs is achieved with the help of one device and the analysis both in the laboratory and in the on-site mode without special conditions is provided.
