FIELD: metrology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metrology. Device for monitoring the state of facilities contains radio frequency tags-transponders, signal pre-processing unit, including an analog-to-digital conversion board, communication line - digital bus, converter, computer, display, audio alarm device, indicator labels, reading device or reader. Reader contains a master oscillator, power amplifier, transmit-receive antenna, bandpass filters, multiplier, difference frequency filter, total frequency filter, a registration unit, phase doublers, narrowband filters, phase divider into two phase detector. Each RF tag (transponder) contains a piezoelectric crystal, microstrip transceiver antenna, electrodes, busbars, a membrane and a set of reflectors.

EFFECT: technical result is an increase in efficiency and a reduction in energy consumption of the control of the state of the structure of a building or an engineering structure by using radio frequency tags on surface acoustic waves as sensors.
