Method of administering data privacy in a user computing device, comprising receiving an activity type purpose by selecting an activity type from a displayed list of activity types, enabling the user to select access restriction from a predefined set of access restrictions and configuring the activity monitor to provide access to data objects of said activity type according to the selected access restriction, wherein at least one of the steps of receiving, enabling the user to select and configure is performed by one or more integrated circuits.
