FIELD: electrical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: field of application: electrical equipment. Device for current protection of electrical installations contains three units for mounting reed switches and regulating their response current, each of which contains a plate, on the outside of which six reed switches are fixed at different angles to the cross-section plane of the busbar. Outputs of the reed switches are connected to the timing body, to the output of which the executive body is connected, output of the executive body is connected to the circuit breaker tripping circuit, reed switch plate is attached to the central and side holders, central holder is attached to the toothed belt with the ability to move on it relative to the busbar, side holders are attached to the axles, at the same time, the ends of the running axles are attached to the first and second supporting posts fixed on the lower base of the bus compartment of the complete switchgear with the use of a fixing angle, screws and a bolted joint. Stepping motor with a first toothed pulley and clutch attached to it, as well as a winding mechanism, are fixed on the first support column; and on the second support stand a second gear pulley attached with a mounting plate, there is a toothed belt on the first and second gear pulleys, one of the contact cores of the reed switches is connected to the timing unit using the first connecting cable, which is fixed at one end on a plate with reed switches, laid through the air to the winding mechanism, from the winding mechanism through the first support rack to the lower base of the busbar compartment of the switchgear assembly, along the lower base of the busbar compartment of the switchgear assembly and into a plastic sleeve laid along the lower base and wall of the busbar compartment of the switchgear to the timing unit to which another is connected the end of the first connecting cable. Another contact core of reed switches is connected to the output of the circuit breaker with a plus sign using the first connecting cable, stepper motor using a second connecting cable connected to the control panel with a touch screen, second connecting cable is laid along the first support rack to the lower base of the busbar compartment of the switchgear assembly, along the lower base of the busbar compartment of the switchgear assembly and wound up in a plastic sleeve. First and second connecting cables, as well as the plastic sleeve, are attached to the supporting posts, the lower base and the wall of the switchgear compartment of the switchgear with plastic clamps, first and second inputs of the control panel are connected with wires to the outputs of the circuit breaker with the signs "plus" and "minus", respectively. One of the inputs of the executive body is connected with a wire to the output of the circuit breaker with a minus sign, inputs and outputs of the reed switch plate, the control panel, the timing unit and the executive body are sealed with rubber gaskets. Timing unit, the circuit breaker, the control panel, the executive body are located in the measurement and protection cabinet of the switchgear assembly.
EFFECT: ensuring remote and smooth movement of reed switches relative to the plane of busbars.
