FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: use in the field of electric engineering for remote control of current protection settings in cells of cellular-type switchgears (CSG) against short-circuit currents. Plate with reed relays is located opposite to busbar at a safe distance from it. Reed relays are fixed on the outer side of the plate at different angles to the busbar cross-section plane and are connected to the input of the time setting unit, to the output of which the actuating unit is connected. This plate is fixed on one end of the supporting post, the second end of which is fixed inside the case by means of a closed bushing, which in its turn is fixed on the wall of the case, with the possibility of controlled movement relative to the busbar by means of a worm shaft, inserted by one end into a hollow cylinder, located by the other end on the trunnion fixed on the wall of the case, and connected with worm wheel, in its turn connected with motor-reducer shaft. Reduction motor, worm gear, time setting and actuating units are located and secured inside the case, and plate with reed relays is arranged outside the case, at least three, installed inside cable compartment of cell with location of each case opposite to its busbar. Motor-reducer is installed on platform and connected to control unit, which is installed in protection cabinet and connected to automatic circuit breaker. To seal and seal input of worm shaft and supporting post, control unit, rubber gaskets are used for the wires going from the automatic circuit breaker to the control unit, and plastic gaskets are used for sealing and sealing of the worm shaft passing through the case of the worm shaft and the supporting post.
EFFECT: provides for remote displacement of reed relays relative to plane of current-conducting buses of CSG cells, allowing for smooth adjustment of current protection settings.
