FIELD: oilfield equipment.
SUBSTANCE: in the cable load-carrying sleeve, the upper and lower cone nodes are made to secure the outer and inner layers of the armour, respectively, each of which contains the inner and outer cone bushings, while the outer conical bushing of the upper cone assembly is located in the upper flange, the outer conical bushing of the lower assembly is located in the case. A washer is located on the cable between the body and the upper flange, which presses the bent wires of the outer lay of the armour to the inner conical bushing of the upper assembly, and also presses the inner conical bushing to the outer conical bushing when the body is screwed into the upper flange. The washer has a recess for uniform pressing of the bent wires of the outer armour to protect them from damage when pressed. To secure and protect the inner layer of armour from bending, the lower cone assembly is used. Also thrust bearings are used in the design of the load-carrying clutch, located between the lower flange and the housing, between the sleeve located in the housing and the upper flange. The bearings make it possible to screw the housing into the upper flange and the lower flange onto the housing, pressing the conical bushings, but without shifting the wires bent and evenly spaced between the bushings.
EFFECT: ensuring uniform distribution of the load transmitted from the clutch to the cable along the armour wires at the junction of the clutch and cable armour, avoiding deformation of the armour wires at the junctions of the clutch and cable armour.
