SUBSTANCE: invention relates to information display, in particular to a color filter substrate and display device with a curved surface. Color filter substrate includes a first light shading area, corresponding to a scan line and a matrix substrate data line, and a second light shading area, corresponding to a center line of a sub-pixel area of the matrix substrate. Width of the second region of light shading is larger than the width of the center line of the sub-pixel region.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to eliminate dark stripes appearing in a certain position corresponding to the center line of the sub-pixel region, thereby improving the quality of the display on the curved display device.
