FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of building materials used for the construction of walls of civil and industrial facilities. Building block has a decorative facing layer and the base layer joined due to the natural adhesion of the mineral binders that make up the concrete of each layer. In this case, the main layer is made of polystyrene concrete with a density of from 300 to 600 kg/cubic meter without sand. Decorative layer is made of Portland cement or of white Portland cement, crushed expanded clay with a fraction of 5–10 mm, plasticizer C-3 concrete, mixing water, dye (in the case of white Portland cement) and water. In the metal form plastic textured form is placed, which coincides in internal size with the metal form so that its edges are tight to the metal. Then, in a plastic textured form, the solution is laid in a manual way for a cladding layer with a thickness of 1.5–2 cm. It is condensed with a vibrator. Maintain the mixture for 1.5–2 hours. Then pour the solution for the base layer in. Blocks are maintained in molds for at least 18 hours at a temperature of 10–30 °C.
EFFECT: technical result is to simplify the building structure, increase the service life of the erected walls, reduce the labor intensity of loading and unloading, reduce the amount of waste of building materials.
