In the case, starting from the bottom, said plate, temperature sensor, Peltier cell, heat sink, electronic circuit board, display and case lid are arranged in series, wherein said Peltier cell is activated whenever the skin temperature as measured by said temperature sensor differs from the reference temperature value stored within the memory on the circuit board.
