FIELD: oil industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to distillation of oil products such as fuel oil under vacuum. Invention relates to a method of creating a vacuum in industrial oil refining apparatus, which includes pumping from an evacuated industrial vacuum distillation apparatus and staged compression with partial condensation of a vapour-gas mixture, which includes gases, water vapour and hydrocarbons, using a pump-ejector vacuum-generating system and a circulating, partially renewed working fluid, circulating the working fluid along a circuit comprising a separator with three zones, a heat exchanger and a pump, preparation of working fluid by cooling, withdrawal from circulation circuit as a balance excess of working fluid, gases and water, injection of steam-gas mixture into the first jet ejector, which is built in the line of injection into the circulation circuit of the steam-gas mixture, is co-directed to the ejecting jets of the working fluid. Working fluid used is an oil product with a boiling point above 350 °C, oil product boiling in range of 100-250 °C is supplied into the working fluid circulation circuit as a spraying agent and in an amount of up to 5 % of the total amount of the circulating working fluid. Invention also relates to a vacuum-generating system.

EFFECT: improving efficiency of jet devices and operation of vacuum-generating system as a whole.
