SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of winding devices. Electric drive for winding drums in a machine for winding a plastic film into rolls comprises three spindles. Spindles are located on the rotary plate around a central shaft. Shaft is attached to the frame of the machine. Motor is provided for each of the spindles. Each of the motors is attached to the frame and is connected to each of the spindles using a belt transmission. Belt transmission comprises a centre guide assembly and toothed belts. Guide assembly is located on the same axis as the central shaft outside the frame. Toothed belts connect the central guide assembly on one side with the spindles, and on the other side with the motors.
EFFECT: avoiding heavy elements rotating relative to the frame, elimination of unwanted vibration.
