SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices and methods for laying a route and navigating a route. Route guidance and route guidance module includes: detection module, configured to detect the position of the considered vehicle and the lane; change detection module, configured to determine whether or not the considered vehicle should change the lane detected by the detection module to another lane in such a way as to move towards the junction of roads or intersection along the route; road determination module, configured to determine whether or not the road satisfies between the position of the considered vehicle detected by the detection module and the road connection or intersection to road conditions; and a route guidance and navigation module, configured to provide route guidance and navigation in order to change lanes, herewith, when the change detection module determines that the considered vehicle must change the lane to another lane, and the road determination module determines that the road between the position of the vehicle in question and the road junction or intersection satisfies the road conditions, the route guidance and navigation module changes the point in order to provide route guidance and navigation depending on road conditions.
EFFECT: determining the proper point for changing lanes when driving along a route, depending on road conditions.
