For this, the travelling route calculator includes the travelling route computation module configured to calculate the travelling route for the vehicle in question arrival at the destination, information acquisition unit configured to receive information regarding object, which affects the feature recognition by the vehicle in question as the object information, and the distance measuring unit configured to measure the distance from the vehicle in question to the feature as the required recognition distance, recognition distance is required for the vehicle in question to recognize the feature when deciding on the vehicle in question action. Travelling route calculating device further includes the determination unit configured to detect difficulty in the feature recognition based on the object information and the required recognition distance. Route computation module calculates the travel route while avoiding location, in which the feature recognition is determined by the determination module as difficult.
