FIELD: learning tools.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of education, more specifically to methods of training using training devices, namely, technical means for studying the structure, principles of construction and the basic element base of automatic lines and mechatronic systems and control of training. To solve this problem, a method is proposed for teaching and controlling students to the basics of mechatronics using a set of training equipment for installation, commissioning and operation of mechatronic systems containing a mounting plate made with the possibility of placing on it in one mounting plane existing models of industrial mechanisms with pneumatic and electric actuators, devices for manual and automatic control, the manual control device has indicators, an air preparation unit, sensors, auxiliary equipment and energy sources, didactic material, as well as a removable device to exclude visual monitoring of the operation of the assembled mechatronic system, including acquaintance of students with the structure, principles of construction and the basic element base of automatic lines and mechatronic systems, training in installation and adjustment of the assembled mechatronic systems, demonstration of the operation of the assembled set with manual control, practical application of the knowledge gained by students through self-assembly of a set with manual control and working out skills of its operation while visually monitoring the work of the assembled mechatronic system, working out by the students the skills of operating the kit with manual control in the absence of visual control over the operation of the assembled mechatronic system according to the indicators on the manual control device and working out by the students the skills of operating the kit in automatic mode, at the same time, the training is monitored by the absence or presence of errors committed by students during the operation of a set of training equipment without visual monitoring of the work of the assembled mechatronic system. In this case, the absence of visual control over the operation of the assembled mechatronic system is carried out by using a removable device to exclude visual control, which is a protective screen or screen.
EFFECT: creating a method of teaching and controlling students to the basics of mechatronics using a set of training equipment for installing, adjusting and operating mechatronic systems, improving the quality and effectiveness of student training.
