METHOD FOR TEACHING NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC G09B9/00

Abstract RU 2767087 C1

FIELD: computer training.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to training computer systems, is intended for individual training of various types and methods for non-destructive testing based on the use of virtual reality information technologies. The method for teaching non-destructive testing by modeling and visualizing the sequence of actions of the trainee includes a preparatory stage, a stage of training using the received forms and a stage of control of the assimilation of the studied information. At the preparatory stage, the information being studied, formed of sources of knowledge, is recorded on the information carrier by forming the visually studied information. At the training stage, the type and methods for non-destructive testing are selected, as well as the choice of the type of working session between training and knowledge control. The stages of the tasks are performed according to the scenario sequence of actions predetermined by the algorithm of the application software using the navigation keys of the joystick manipulators, which is reported by the acoustic system that works as a unit with a virtual reality helmet. At the same time, the passage of each of the stages of the task is recorded in the form of an information record. According to the results, the final examination documents are formed.

EFFECT: level of training of the trainee increases.
