SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mobile communication systems. In the mobile communication system, the base station performs radio communication with the subscriber unit corresponding to the component carrier, or with the subscriber unit corresponding to the aggregated carrier. Subscriber unit reports to the base station the maximum number of component carriers capable of carrier aggregation.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the efficiency of communication management with increasing data transfer speed.
