SUBSTANCE: method comprises: generating a PHR MAC CE (MAC-control element of the power reserve message) for the activated cells containing the first cell and the second cell, and transmitting power reserve messages via the generated PHR MAC CE to the network in the subframe. The generated PHR MAC CE includes the value of PH information (power reserve) of type 2 for the first cell, followed by the value of the PH information of type 2 for the second cell, and PH information of type 2 for the second cell, followed by the value of PH information of type 1 for the first cell.
EFFECT: reducing costs per bit, increasing the availability of services.
