SUBSTANCE: invention relates to terminal emulation devices. Device includes a USB port with support for the master device mode (host); interface converter connected to the USB port; wireless transceiver; touch screen; user interface for establishing a connection with specified devices; processor configured to: configure the serial port for the interface converter, connected to a USB port; creating a wireless virtual serial port to communicate with one of the specified devices; initialization and configuration of terminal emulators for configured serial and/or virtual serial ports; terminal emulator operations for registering terminal control sequences in messages; exchanging files with specified devices using one of the existing protocols or without a protocol; creating a connection between the serial port and the wireless virtual serial port.
EFFECT: technical result is to provide the ability to share files using different protocols.
