SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sugar industry. Disclosed is rotary pulp catcher containing adsorption device, hermetically connected with trough-shaped housing and located in its upper part with free vertical movement of frame with needle-shaped flexible pins for cleaning holes of mesh cylindrical drum. At that, adsorption device includes top and bottom mesh surfaces interconnected by side continuous surfaces. Upper mesh surface has a profile in the form of a sinusoid with a vertex along the central vertical axis of the cleaning device.
EFFECT: invention provides elimination of emission to the environment of contaminants with harmful smells.
