SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and relates to an enteric-coated oral dosage form comprising a composition comprising a suspension which contains a mixture of hydrophobic medium and solid form. Solid form contains a therapeutically effective amount of a polypeptide, at least one salt of a fatty acid with an average chain length, having a chain length of 6 to 14 carbon atoms and polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), where polyvinylpyrrolidone is present in the composition in an amount of from 3 % by mass or more, and where at least one salt of a medium chain fatty acid is present in the composition in an amount of at least 12 % by mass or more.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the biological activity of a polypeptide preparation.
